What does clairvoyance mean?

Clairvoyance means “clear seeing” and most clairvoyants will describe what they experience in this way. They say that they “see” in a way that doesn't use one of the five physical senses. In this sense, clairvoyance is often thought of as a kind of ‘ESP’, or extra-sensory perception, because the images that are seen are not through the eyes.
